    Rick Shew started in the restaurant business in 1992 at “Mr Jim’s Pizza” in Mesquite, Texas his junior year of high school. Little did he know making pizzas and running the cash register in that Dallas suburb would ignite a lifelong passion for hospitality. Today, Rick is the co-owner of a bar and also an Area Sales Manager with SpotOn. He’s worked in Hospitality for over three decades and that passion for hospitality and the people who pour their livelihoods into the industry energizes him every day. "The service industry is in my my DNA, and working at SpotOn gives me the opportunity to positively affect operators all over the country. I live for it.”
