    Spectrum Scholars was recently recognized by the National Scholarship Providers Association (NSPA) as the Small Scholarship Provider of the Year. Megan Ludwig, Manager, University Relations Programs, accepted the award during the 2025 Annual Membership Meetings. “This recognition means so much to us – and the incredible students we’ve had the privilege of supporting through our Spectrum Scholars Program over the years,” she shares. Since 2020, we've awarded over $1.8 million in scholarships to more than 90 students, but our commitment goes beyond financial support. Through mentorship, professional development and the chance to intern with our team, we’re helping students bridge the gap between potential and purpose.     Recently, the Stamford Tech Hub officially opened its doors and celebrated the graduation of its first cohort. A workforce development initiative, created in partnership with the City of Stamford, the Stamford Partnership and dae, the Tech Hub provides local residents with free and immersive #technology training. A ribbon cutting ceremony was hosted at our headquarters in Stamford, CT with Spectrum leaders and local and state officials, including Stamford Mayor Caroline Simmons, in attendance. “The Stamford Tech Hub is a testament to what we can achieve through public-private collaboration," said Paul Marchand, EVP of Human Resources. "This initiative is about more than just skills training; it’s about opening doors to opportunities that transform lives, sustain our local economy, and strengthen our community ties.” This collaboration helps local talent build the skills required for technology-focused #careers, demonstrating what's possible when communities invest in their local workforce.   • For Jennifer A., Residential Customer Solution Representative, the screening she received from a mammography bus brought on-site to a Spectrum call center in Auburndale, FL, led to her early-stage breast cancer diagnosis. After months of chemotherapy and a double mastectomy, Jennifer is now cancer-free. When the Mammo Link bus returned to the call center this year, she volunteered, sharing her experience and encouraging co-workers to make their health a priority, starting with a 10-minute scan.     Spectrum has unveiled The Spectrum App Store, a #digital marketplace that makes it easy for customers to manage, activate and upgrade the streaming apps included with eligible Spectrum TV plans. To mark the occasion, Spectrum brought together industry leaders for a conversation on how collaboration across media and distribution is reshaping the way audiences experience #sports and entertainment. The discussion, moderated by CNBC's Alex Sherman, included Chris Winfrey, CEO, Charter Communications, Jimmy Pitaro, Chairman, ESPN, and Kristin Dolan, CEO, AMC Networks. Charter's Rich DiGeronimo, President, Product & Technology, also demoed The Spectrum App Store and a new Xumo feature that will make it easy for customers to find their favorite teams.
