Southern California SIM loves to deliver a great program at our annual SCSIM Summit events, and just like last year, our 2026 edition will follow in that tradition! We're putting together a full day of insightful conversation and opportunities to learn from leaders in our field, all built around our theme "Technology with Purpose: Mission-Driven Leadership in a Digital Age.” February 19, 2026 will be here before you know it, so reserve your spot today: https://lnkd.in/gwiBT-4d We'll open the day with Ashwin Rangan's "In the Age of AI, Governance and Leadership Makes The Difference" and close our session with Alex Salkever's "Leading With Purpose Through the AI Whirlwind: Balancing Human and Machine." In between, hear the panel talks "Rethinking Software Development Lifecycle in 2026" and "Transforming Mindsets from Fear to Empowerment in the Era of AI," experience our first-ever Innovation Showcase, and participate in two engaging round-table discussions. There will be plenty of time to network and make new connections over coffee and lunch, and the day will wrap up with a cocktail hour where you can meet our Platinum sponsor Intratem - Technology Expense Management and Gold sponsors stand8 io, Eleven Recruiting, Nth Generation Computing, and IANS. If you know someone who would like to sponsor, contact Jake Westphal today.

Where IT Leaders Connect
About us
Southern California SIM (SCSIM) is more than a professional association dedicated to advancing IT excellence in leadership. We are the largest IT leadership association in California. Our members are a dynamic community of corporate IT leaders, principal-level consultants, digital change agents and academics who are shaping the evolving digital world in which we live today. SCSIM provides members opportunities to develop trust-based relationships with colleagues and mentors they might never meet regularly, anywhere else. Members who share their challenges with each other come from established corporations and Silicon Beach startups; from private sector and public sector; from companies being disrupted and others that are the disrupters; and from as varied corporate cultures and missions as one can imagine. SCSIM offers a collaborative environment in which members can learn from colleagues, esteemed guest speakers and respected thought leaders.
