The City of Richmond and GRTC have officially launched the developer solicitation for the Downtown Transfer Hub and mixed-use overbuild. This is a major step toward delivering a modern transit hub and new opportunities for housing, retail, and economic growth. The RFQ opens November 19, 2025, with responses due January 30, 2026. This transformative project will strengthen our region’s mobility network while activating new public and private development in the heart of the city.
