Rialto’s Fall 2025 Collegiate Tour During this fall’s college tour, Rialto continued to build our employer brand among campuses across the US with visits to 12 top universities. Through targeted student engagement in career fairs and meaningful collaboration with development directors, faculty, and student real estate clubs, we continue to attract talented applicants to our analyst and internship programs. This year, nearly 7000 candidates have applied to Rialto opportunities: almost half of them targeting analyst roles and more than a third pursuing internships. In celebration of Pride Month, Rialto is making a contribution to Out for Undergrad (O4U). O4U is a non-profit dedicated to helping high achieving LGBTQ2+ undergraduates reach their full potential. The organization helps educate students and connect them with professional opportunities across Business, Engineering, Marketing, Media and Tech verticals. Rialto Hosts Notre Dame Thank you to the students and staff members of the University of Notre Dame who joined us in our Miami offices for a business presentation and networking opportunity. We always appreciate and enjoy the chance to connect with students who are eager to learn more about Rialto. The presentation was followed by a meet and greet lunch with Rialto Associates who answered all questions and provided guidance. We are grateful to all who participated and look forward to hosting other student groups in our offices in the future! Special thanks to our Rialto Associates for dedicating their time to this event.

Rialto’s 2024 Florida Universities Case Study Challenge   This fall, Rialto Capital hosted our inaugural case study challenge for Florida universities. Over 80 students participated representing Florida International University, Florida State University, University of Florida, and University of Miami. The top two teams from each university were invited to our headquarters to present their case studies in the final competition. The winning team – Eric Minsky and Jordi Triulzi from UF - were awarded a trophy, gift cards and swag to commemorate the experience and were offered interviews. We thank all participants and their universities, as well as our senior leaders who presented and judged the competition while sharing their knowledge, feedback, and encouragement - Libby Kislak, Brian Klein, Illeanne Rukes, Niral Shah, Tom Skoko and Yihuan Zhang. Special thanks to our Analysts and Sr. Analysts who played a key role in structuring the case study and evaluating submissions - Alex Azar, Miles Choromanski, Gabe Davenport, Blake Feder, Spencer Franzman, Nicole Gaviria, and Caleb Harper. We can’t wait for the next one!
