A post and video from our Founder and CEO, Paul Pfanner: With the 2025 PRI Show fast approaching on December 11-13, I want to share this interview from December 2020. It was recorded during a dark time when the PRI Show was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As society navigated uncharted territory, a dedicated PRI production crew ventured into a masked-up and locked-down COVID-disrupted world to record a series of video interviews, onsite at PRI member businesses across the United States. I was honored to represent our RACER team in the final stop of this unprecedented 2020 PRI Road Tour. Nearly five years later, it's fascinating to revisit this video time capsule from an uncertain period and contrast it with today’s ongoing surge in popularity for various forms of motorsport globally. The core message I aimed to convey during that interview, aligned with the prediction I made on that winter day, has proven resilient over time. While the world has changed significantly since then, three important constants remain: 1) Racer Media & Marketing, Inc. continues to lead American motorsports media, with a dramatic expansion of our brand platforms in 2025, including the #RACERCreatorNetwork and our Indy-based teammates at RACER Network. 2) Performance Racing Industry (PRI) remains the epicenter of American motorsports culture and a steadfast force for good within the industry it serves. 3) My passion for the sport, which I have devoted my life to since I was sixteen, remains unwavering. With the benefit of 2025 hindsight, I am even more optimistic about the potential of our inspiring sport. The popularity of motorsports continues to accelerate worldwide and is now driven by those who have spent most of their lives in this young century.
