Three cities. 200+ CX leaders. Countless insights. 🙌 Over the past few weeks, together with partner-in-crime Karen Liubinskas we brought together Singapore and Australia's CX communities for something different: a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves working session on building their 2026 CX strategies. No death by PowerPoint. No passive listening. Just practical frameworks, case study-based ideation, and peer collaboration that actually helps you move forward. The reactions in this video from our Melbourne and Sydney legs say it all. ✨ Huge thanks to: → Every CX leader who carved out their day to join us → Our speakers and facilitators across the three cities → Everyone who made the discussions so valuable Hang tight - based on the feedback we're hearing, we'll be bringing this to other locations. Reach out if you want to secure your spot for our future sessions. ✨ Reflections from the Qualtrics Executive Forum ✨ Last week’s Qualtrics Executive Forum has me thinking about where we are and where we need to go as experience leaders in healthcare. Here are a few of my favorite takeaways: 1️⃣ We’re focused on the wrong metrics. #CAHPS. #NPS. #LTR. They all have their place, but as one speaker so perfectly said, “The outcomes that matter to patients are the ONLY outcomes that matter.” It's time to stop taking the easy street, and start focusing on what truly matters most to the people we serve. 2️⃣ Everything in healthcare is interconnected. Safety, access, quality, engagement, and experience aren’t separate initiatives. They are one system. We don’t need an #XM committee. We need XM to be a part of every committee. 3️⃣ What might happen if we amplify what’s going right? Just as StrengthsFinder teaches us that focusing on strengths drives better results, I was reminded of the power of recognition. I found myself curious what might happen if we help our organization ask, “What’s going right and why?” every single day. 4️⃣ We need to be experience role models. As XM leaders, our job isn’t just to measure experience, it’s to model it. As I sat in the audience, I saw how some #XM leaders put this into action by not just presenting data. Instead, they created an experience for us all. There was a lot of power in that. 5️⃣ Experience needs leadership in healthcare and we have it. We’re so fortunate to have Adrienne Boissy leading this movement. She gives us permission to be vulnerable, to not let failure sit alone in a closet, and to bring our whole selves to this work. Thank you, Adrienne, for showing us what courageous experience leadership looks like. 💫 The work of experience is human work and forums like this one remind us just how powerful that can be. #ExperienceHeals #HumanExperience #HealthcareLeadership #PatientExperience #XM #QualtricsExecutiveForum

I am incredibly grateful to Qualtrics for the opportunity to be selected as part of the team attending the Grace Hopper Celebration 2025 in Chicago. For those who may not know, the Grace Hopper Celebration is the world’s largest gathering of women and non-binary technologists. It’s an inspiring event designed to connect, promote, and celebrate women in technology through impactful sessions, networking, mentorship, and career development opportunities. A few key takeaways that deeply resonated with me: 💡 “We need to protect, replenish, and channel our energy where it creates meaning for you and influence around you.” – Erin Coupe 🔄 Change our autopilot routines to avoid things that drain us. Instead, create rituals that will shift our mindset. – Erin Coupe ✨ Learned a new favorite quote: “People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.” – Maya Angelou 🤝 Insightful lessons from keynote speakers on the power of mentorship and how it has fueled their personal and professional growth. 📚 Explored the significance of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. Special thanks to @Charis Loveland for gifting me the book “Permission to Feel” to further explore this topic. It was an amazing experience to connect with inspiring women across the tech industry—sharing experiences, knowledge, strategies for overcoming challenges, and engaging in meaningful conversations. I also cherished spending time with fellow Qualtrics colleagues outside of sessions, sharing stories over dinner, visiting the museum, and strengthening new friendships! Attending Grace Hopper Conference 2025 was truly remarkable. I highly recommend this experience to anyone passionate about advancing in tech and empowering others along the way. #GHC2025 #WomenInTech #Grateful #Networking #PersonalGrowth #QualtricsLife #WLD

Incredibly proud of the progress we're making at Qualtrics. It’s one thing to set ambitious environmental goals, but it’s another to see them come to life through the passion of our people. I had the honor of joining The Green Team as Executive Sponsor for the official launch of our 2025 Environmental Impact Report. Qualtricians gathered to celebrate the real-world impact we've made this year. This is more than just a report, it's a roadmap for our continued action! A huge thank you to The Green Team for their dedication and to every Qualtrician who champions sustainability in their work. This work is vital, and it’s driven by our people. #QualtricsLife #Sustainability #ESG #GreenTeam #CorporateResponsibility #Impact #Environment https://lnkd.in/gdhW6nai

According to our latest research Qualtrics 64% of consumers want personalized experiences, but only 41% think the privacy tradeoff is worth it. When it comes to AI specifically, data misuse ranks as their number one concern. That gap is both the problem and the opportunity. Consumers share more data with the businesses they trust, more willingly, in more detail. Better data creates better experiences, which builds more trust. So how do you build trust? Consumers are telling us exactly what they need: transparency about data collection, control over how it's used, and clear security communication. I wrote in more detail about five strategies for building consumer trust in an AI world for Forbes, take a look. https://lnkd.in/gANmegtf
