Susie has dedicated her career to strengthening how agencies serve their people, streamline their processes, and deliver on their mission.   Susie is widely recognized as a natural people-connector across the Federal community, known for building trusted relationships with executives, decision makers, and mission leaders. We recently celebrated Charles (Chuck) Harris' incredible 14+ year journey at Pyramid as he retires from his role as Senior VP of Operations. Fortunately, Chuck isn't going to leave us completely as he is transitioning to an Advisory Board Member role. Chuck has been a driving force behind Pyramid, including acting as executive sponsor of our Pyramid Cares program. An award-winning leader, Chuck’s distinguished career includes service in the United States Air Force, where he earned top-level contracting certifications, led major system deployments, and served in the Executive Office of the President’s Office of Federal Procurement Policy. He holds degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, St. Mary's University (MS, MBA), and specialized finance training from Harvard. His leadership extends beyond Pyramid, serving on multiple boards and mentoring future leaders through initiatives like the John Lewis High School leadership program. We’re thrilled to welcome two exceptional leaders to our Growth organization - both bringing deep expertise and proven success in helping federal and commercial clients navigate transformation. John Garceau, CISSP, CISA, CISM, ITIL, AWS has joined us as Senior Principal of Cybersecurity. John is a decorated cybersecurity and IT leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the U.S. Army, Northrop Grumman, HUD OIG, and beyond. From developing the first FISMA-CMMC framework adopted by 74 federal Inspectors General, to leading multimillion-dollar IT compliance efforts, John has consistently set the bar for innovation and mission impact. He will be leading Pyramid’s cybersecurity growth strategy across DoD, Federal Civilian agencies, and commercial markets. Tom Hsieh has joined as Senior Principal of Federal Financial Digital Solutions. Tom brings over 20 years of federal IT leadership, most recently directing enterprise-wide Generative AI initiatives and digital modernization at the IRS. He has overseen some of the nation’s most mission-critical digital services, including IRS.gov (3B+ views annually), and is a recognized thought leader in AI-driven transformation, federal financial systems, and secure digital service delivery. Tom will focus on building Pyramid's brand across the broader federal financial regulatory arena, while also bringing to the company his ability to advance digital and AI-enabled solutions.
