We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and people-oriented leader to join our team as Administrative Director — a key role ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our region. You’ll oversee finance, HR, operations, marketing, and communications — helping us deliver exceptional service to our members and advance our mission to inspire and develop snowsports professionals. What we’re looking for: ✅ 5–7+ years of administrative or operations management experience (nonprofit preferred) ✅ Strong financial, HR, and communication skills ✅ A collaborative mindset and passion for efficiency and member service 🎿 Experience or enthusiasm for the snowsports industry is a huge plus!
