    Great session with the #PrizeOut team and credit union leaders across the card and payments space. In a crowded credit card marketplace, true differentiation will come from delivering unique, personalized, high-utility value that strengthens members’ financial progress. Credit union cards already play a powerful role in members’ lives - helping them build credit, earn meaningful cashback/rewards, and save on interest when paying back over time. Our discussions focused on how to take this even further with more personalized experiences that meet members where they are. A true reflection of the “people helping people” vision that defines the #creditunion movement. Appreciate the very thoughtful agenda and hospitality from the PrizeOut team. Excited to apply these insights as we continue to innovate in an evolving payments landscape!

  • Our credit card rewards roundtable in Chicago reminded us of what makes the credit union movement so special: collaboration, empathy, and a relentless focus on people.     Awards don’t mean everything, but they sure are nice. Our Marketing team is top notch and continues to deliver unbeatable content day after day. Taking home 4 national awards shows how amazing they are. I’m especially excited for a couple of the awards. Hollie Sexton Foy and I worked hard writing curriculum and content for a couple new Financial Wellness initiatives, and we knew they wouldn’t be nearly as impactful without Marketing’s expert design and finesse. Having them recognized is true testament to the power of collaboration. Susan Mandarino, Kayla VanMeter and Shawna Broyles - we are so thankful for you all for making our crazy ideas come to life and so happy that your hard work was recognized!   • Homecoming weekend at Michigan State was one for the books 💚🤍 We had an incredible time celebrating with our partners at MSU Federal Credit Union - bringing CashBack+ to campus, connecting with members, and sharing in the Spartan spirit! From the homecoming parade to the FanFest tailgate, giveaways, and exclusive offers, it was amazing to see how excited students and alumni were to learn more about CashBack+ Pay and how MSUFCU continues to innovate for their members.
