In 2013, our agency began a partnership with Block (then known as Square), helping them build out their administrative and operations teams during a critical early growth phase. Over the years, we expanded our engagement, placing roles across customer support (~480 candidates on their CS team to date), admin, operations, sales, customer service, finance, HR/recruiting, engineering, marketing, & design. Together we’ve grown alongside each other. Back in 2013: Square was still scaling fast.
