After thoughtful, anonymous review, we’re honored to welcome a group of curious, driven, and growth-minded individuals to our first mentorship cohort. ‼️ Big news is brewing at PBG… 🌟 We’re thrilled to introduce our very first Brew Crew, Marwan Zreik + Heather Diamond + Melody Maglione + Kate Soueid + Irene Panebianco + Chelsea Merola — a passionate, hand-picked group of mentors who will be pouring into others as part of our brand-new mentorship program! After an incredible number of applications (seriously, the enthusiasm was overflowing!), it was inspiring to read through so many thoughtful submissions. One thing is clear: our team is steeped in passion for lifting others up, sharing knowledge, and helping one another grow. ☕ Why the coffee theme? We wanted to take the pressure out of traditional mentorship — often seen as formal or intimidating — and instead create a space that’s casual, welcoming, and deeply impactful. After all, nothing feels more “at home” than sitting around a coffee table, connecting, listening, and learning from each other.
