The corporate team had the pleasure of celebrating our Ann Arbor team this week as well! They are on the fast track to becoming a 5-star center in 2026! They've worked tirelessly to bring together the best team who is truly committed to our residents and working together to provide the highest quality care! They've already seen a 50% reduction in annual survey points and 75% reduction in complaint survey!

At Optalis, we are committed to supporting our Directors of Nursing by enhancing their education and training, and by fostering collaboration among Directors to promote exceptional staff performance and resident care. This year, 14 of our Directors are attending the NADONA Conference as part of our ongoing dedication to professional growth and excellence in nursing leadership. We are Optalis DONs!

Celebrating the rest of our corporate respiratory therapy team, Kristal, Kari and Shannon! 🩵Kristal has been on the Optalis team for 6 years! Outside of work, she enjoys sports and watching her favorite teams including her kids! 🩵Kari joined Optalis about 2 years ago but has been a Respiratory Therapist since 2008. She loves to have her nose in a book, especially a psychological thriller by Frieda McFadden! Additionally she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter. 🩵Shannon has been a Respiratory Therapist for 12 years, joining the Optalis team in 2019. When she started her career journey, she knew healthcare was the desire but never saw Respiratory Therapy on the path, yet is so grateful life led her to it! #respiratorytherapistweek
