This October, more than 1,500 NGM employees proudly wore pink in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Their participation not only raised awareness but also directly contributed to supporting those in need. For every team member who wore pink, NGM donated $5, resulting in a generous contribution split between three incredible local organizations: Elko Cancer Network, Get Pink Elko and LaRena Smith Bengoa Run, Ride, Walk for the Cure. Thank you to everyone who joined us in making a difference. Together, we honor the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and support the cause.

At Nevada Gold Mines, we’re cultivating talent that will shape the future of mining. Our Au Connections program is designed to bridge the gap from the classroom to a career, supporting new technical and functional professionals as they begin their journey with NGM. Launched in 2022, the program focuses on providing early career development, mentorship, and networking for new graduate professionals within their first five years of employment. Au Connections helps our emerging leaders grow, connect, and thrive.

We are proud to share that our Long Canyon mine has been recognized with the 2025 Nevada Excellence in Mine Reclamation Award for Leadership in Conservation Planning! Presented at the Nevada Mining Association’s recent Safety Awards Ceremony in South Lake Tahoe, this award honors Long Canyon’s proactive approach to responsible mining — balancing production with environmental stewardship through thoughtful planning, early collaboration with permitting agencies, and a strong focus on wildlife monitoring, water management, and concurrent reclamation. Now in its 34th year, the Nevada Excellence in Mine Reclamation Awards highlight operations that go above and beyond regulatory requirements to protect and enhance Nevada’s natural environment. Congratulations to the Long Canyon team and everyone who continues to make environmental leadership a priority across NGM.
