We wrapped up another successful Town Hall meeting at Quarry Oaks Golf Club last month! It was the perfect opportunity to connect, celebrate achievements, and look ahead together. We're so grateful for the people who make West Gate Bank such a great place to work!
Friday morning, we welcomed a local daycare class out to tour a mixer truck and learn more about the construction industry! A huge thank you to Jonny and Greg at Ready Mixed Concrete Company for sharing their expertise. What a great way to end the week!

This week, we teamed up with The Builder Foundation to work with industrial arts students at Platteview Senior High School to construct a 225-square-foot patio outside the school’s football stadium. Students helped with base prep and laying pavers and spent time with our team and local contractors to learn more about the hardscape and landscape industry while gaining hands-on experience. Despite the on-and-off rain, this project came together in just three school days! A huge thank you to the teams at Above and Beyond Complete Grounds Maintenance Inc., Hardscapes By Mitera Designs, Monahan Lawn Care & Property, and Jensen Gardens who donated their time and resources this week! Also, a big shoutout to Belgard for donating materials and the staff at Platteview for their help and support! It’s always a privilege to give students the chance to experience our industry firsthand!
