Moov makes it easy for businesses to issue, accept, store, and disburse money.

About us

Moov makes it easy for businesses to accept, store, send, and spend – all in one platform. Gone are the days of stitching together multiple vendors to move money. While most payment providers only handle part of the payment picture, Moov orchestrates the entire money movement story from start to finish, giving software companies visibility and control over the whole experience. As a modern money movement platform, Moov offers a simple, powerful, and scalable way to integrate payments into products. Moov is uniquely a payment Processor, issuer, registered PayFac, program manager, and technology provider, making it an all-in-one payment solution for businesses wanting to facilitate complex money movement as quickly and securely as possible.

Fintech NerdCon came in hot this week in Miami. Wade Arnold hit the stage with Bo Jiang, Brandon Lloyd, and Matthew Goldman and they crowd listening was standing room only. And yes; the Wade fedora made a triumphant (and deeply questionable) day two return. Let's all agree not to encourage him to do this again. Wade also led a roundtable on agentic payments that packed out again. The man could host a session on “Enterprise Fax Machine Optimization” and we’d still need a bigger room. But here’s what actually hit me yesterday: the panels and roundtables didn't just swap “war stories.” They swapped leak reports. The kind plumbers share when they know exactly where the pressure blows, where the pipes rattle, and where 3AM batch jobs go to die. That’s what happens when the folks at the table have collectively pushed billions through systems that groan under modern volume. A few themes rose above the noise: - The innovation isn’t the faucet; it’s the pipes behind the wall. - B2B failures don’t happen at checkout; they happen in the back alley where settlement, clearing, and reconciliation fight for custody. - Money moves fast, but information moves faster; and if those two fall out of sync, someone’s weekend is over. - We’re asking platforms to run real-time, multi-party flows on infrastructure that still has dial-up energy. You can’t duct-tape your way into the future. This is why Moov lives in the invisible layer. The deep plumbing. The sockets. The wiring diagram no one wants to touch but everyone ends up depending on when scale becomes real. And one last time: huge props to Simon Taylor and the entire Nerdcon team. This conference has heart, brains, and community written all over it. Hell of a job.

In our practice sessions, I shared my deep respect for a panel that was "chewing glass" to drive industry progress. 💥 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝟮𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲 Here's a little insight from your Uncle Sam... Small businesses aren’t just part of the American economy, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆. They create two-thirds of new jobs. They’re the pulse of every Main Street. And for decades, they’ve relied on community banks and credit unions as their backbone. Then came the fintech wave. 𝗦𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗲. 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗳𝘆. They saw what many banks didn’t: ➡️ Small businesses didn’t just want accounts; they wanted experiences. Instant onboarding. Fast payouts. Tap-to-pay simplicity. They gave entrepreneurs tools that just worked; and in doing so, they built loyalty banks had taken for granted. That’s where Tap2Local, from Jack Henry and Moov changes everything. This isn’t another middleware product or shiny fintech wrapper. It’s a rethinking of how community and regional financial institutions can 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲, 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 with their SMB customers; using modern rails and hometown trust. With Tap2Local, small businesses can: 📱 Accept tap-to-pay, QR codes, or payment links straight from their phone (iPhone or Android) 💸 Get funds the same day 🧮 Sync transactions automatically with their accounting books 📲 Enroll with a single tap inside their existing banking app No terminals. No third-party apps. No friction. Just the 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵 — 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸. For years, banks watched fintechs win over their most loyal customers. Now they finally have the tools to compete; not by copying, but by 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿. Because while fintechs built platforms, 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀. And when you combine that trust with modern infrastructure… that’s where the magic happens. 🪄✨ 𝗧𝗮𝗽𝟮𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲. We built multiple #wallets in Moov to give platforms the flexibility they need to manage complex money movement without the manual work. Now you can: • Create and manage dedicated wallets per account • Separate balances by business line or client • Automate #reconciliation and #payouts, no extra code required 👇 See how multiple wallets simplify fund management. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gM366uEH

The Federal Reserve just announced what could be the most transformative development for payment companies in years - the introduction of "skinny master accounts" (payment accounts) designed specifically for payment innovators like Moov. Governor Christopher J. Waller delivered a powerful message at the Fed's first Payments Innovation Conference: "𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘦𝘳𝘢 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴—𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘪 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘶𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘯. 𝘙𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳, 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥—𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘸 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘰." Why This Matters: The proposed "payment accounts" would provide:  • Direct access to Federal Reserve payment rails  • Streamlined approval timeline (because "payments innovation moves fast")  • Tailored services without the full complexity of traditional master accounts  • No daylight overdraft requirements or discount window access needed For Moov, this represents a paradigm shift. While we currently operate through a FedLine Direct account and manage our sponsor banks' Master Account liquidity against our customer needs, having direct access would fundamentally enhance both the safety and efficiency of our operations. Governor Waller's vision is clear: "𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘦, 𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘺𝘱𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴, 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦𝘥 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥, 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘺, 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘱𝘢𝘺𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺." This isn't just regulatory evolution - it's the Fed actively embracing the revolution in payments. For companies building the future of money movement, this opens doors to innovation that were previously locked. The era of payments infrastructure transformation is here. https://lnkd.in/gcQ_ta5v #Payments #Fintech #Innovation #FederalReserve #MoneyMovement #PaymentInfrastructure
