Big shoutout to Lucas Hill and Chelsea Brooks-Poole for putting together such a meaningful Regional Impact Event! Our team had the opportunity to partner with Build-A-Bike, working together to assemble bikes that were donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America Johnson County. On top of that, we were able to purchase every item off their wish list—making sure the kids got exactly what they needed. It was a day full of teamwork, impact, and giving back to a community that gives so much to us. We are proud to announce that Modern Woodmen of America has signed on as a Wreaths Across America Patriot Partner. To amplify our yearlong mission, the fraternal financial services organization’s significant contribution will support: - $400,000 in support of Modern Woodmen members’ participation to lay wreaths on National Wreaths Across America Day. This contribution will sponsor 23,529 veterans’ wreaths nationwide. - and $100,000 to match wreath sponsorships made by Modern Woodmen members across the country for placement at Arlington National Cemetery. I’ve spent the last two weeks at conferences with colleagues, leaders and industry experts – first at LIMRA and this week at NAFIC. The lessons were many, and the biggest takeaway was that the demand for financial guidance is surging, yet the supply of qualified agents isn’t keeping pace.
