Members of our Executive Leadership Team recently spent time in Mexico visiting our plants in Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey! 🌎✈️ These visits were more than just tours of each facility – they were opportunities to connect, learn and grow together. ✨ Being with our teammates reinforced the power and value of shared knowledge, as they were able to witness best practices in safety, productivity and quality firsthand, in addition to hosting Town Hall Meetings and listening sessions that sparked meaningful conversations. A special highlight was the visit to our Mexico City plant, which was part of our Eximpro acquisition last year. We are excited to continue learning from their expertise and rich history!
