Following the event, Litigation Daily spoke with four of our partners—John Nadolenco, A. John P. Mancini, Phil Recht, and Arsen Kourinian —to get their key takeaways on the next wave of AI litigation, why California is uniquely positioned to lead AI regulation, and how businesses can prepare for an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. We are proud to have been recognised in The Times Best Law Firms 2026 list for our leading Construction practice! The commendation recognises our construction capabilities, which includes representing Shepherd Construction in a £70m landmark cladding dispute, achieving a favourable settlement in one of the first pieces of litigation to consider the new cause of action against cladding manufacturers under section 149 of the Building Safety Act. The list also highlighted our leading restructuring practice, referencing we represented Capricorn Energy against Waldorf Production UK in recent proceedings, as well as Samsung and Saipem against Petrofac, overturning precedent by giving “out of the money” creditors a stronger voice in how rescue plans are decided.
