The workshop also provides a vehicle for The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Fellows (FAIA) to offer their valuable insights to prospective candidates on the process of seeking elevation to fellowship. This was a challenging one. Part of our approvals for Peninsula of Charleston requires us to incorporate a portion of a ‘20s era building into our overall design. To do that we needed to relocate that portion for a time before setting it in its final location.
