At KKR, we’re continuing to help companies unlock capital so they can focus on growth and serving customers. Through our global Asset-Based Finance platform, we work with leading businesses to design capital-light solutions that free up balance sheets while maintaining operational flexibility. Building on our successful strategic partnership with PayPal, which we announced in 2023, today, we’ve agreed to a €6 billion replenishing loan commitment under which credit funds and accounts managed by KKR will purchase up to €65 billion of buy now, pay later loan receivables originated by PayPal in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. The Middle East is undergoing a powerful transformation – from a fundraising hub to a true destination for capital, growth, and innovation. Ambitious national visions, policy reform, and the rise of world-class institutions are creating an increasingly compelling investment landscape. Against this backdrop, and building on sixteen years of partnership and investment across the region, KKR has opened a new office in Abu Dhabi, located in the ADGM, which becomes our third regional hub. This milestone strengthens our ability to partner with investors, governments, and companies across the Gulf. This year marks an important phase in KKR’s growth across the region: a new partnership with Gulf Data Hub, the expansion of our strategic collaboration with ADNOC, the appointment of General David Petraeus as Chairman of KKR Middle East, and the establishment of a dedicated regional investment team led by Julian Barratt-Due. As Henry McVey notes in his latest Thoughts From the Road: Middle East, policy reform, diversification, and innovation are driving one of the world’s most dynamic investment environments. We are proud to contribute to this next chapter of growth. 📍 Learn more: https://go.kkr.com/480eXdq

Our colleagues Henry McVey and Aidan Corcoran returned from an extensive trip across Europe – including stops in London, Edinburgh, Madrid, and Paris – meeting with government officials, policymakers, deal teams, and investors. The verdict? Across Europe, political complexity and uneven reform momentum are tempering the pace of change — but there remains significant opportunity for investors and policymakers alike. The fundamentals are still strong, and with the right follow-through on reform and execution, Europe is well positioned to turn renewed intent into tangible momentum. At KKR, we’re on a mission to make private markets more accessible to individual investors, helping them access the same opportunities that have traditionally been available only to large institutions. Historically, investing in private markets has relied on manual, slow-moving processes that made participation more complex. We’ve been focused on changing that – exploring technology solutions that can help streamline those processes. That’s where Corastone comes in. Together, we’re continuing to unlock greater participation in the private market ecosystem. Learn more: https://go.kkr.com/3WRetkH

Every wave of innovation brings questions about whether we’re in a bubble – from railways and electricity to the internet and now AI. But history shows that what lasts isn’t the speculation… it’s the infrastructure built along the way. That’s why at KKR, we’re focused on the foundations that will define enduring value in the AI era – from power and land to permits and grid connectivity. A new Financial Times op-ed from Waldemar Szlezak, with contributions from Adam Selipsky, explores why the next decade’s AI infrastructure winners will be those who invest behind in what can’t be commoditized. Read the full piece below – and in case you missed it, check out our recent insights piece on why we think AI infrastructure will compound long after the hype: https://go.kkr.com/4qKBp2K

In 2020, we invested in Novaria Group, a leading manufacturer of specialty aerospace hardware. ✈️ Over the past five years of ownership, the company has more than tripled in size, completing 13 strategic add-on acquisitions that broadened its product portfolio and enhanced its manufacturing footprint. We also supported Novaria in launching an employee ownership program for more than 1,600 employees – an important milestone in building a culture of alignment and shared success. Following today’s announcement that Arcline Investment Management will acquire the company, we’re proud to have been part of the Novaria story and to have helped position the company for its next chapter of growth: https://go.kkr.com/4oxWQml
