I thought I needed to work on the most strategic problems to be impactful as an entrepreneur, that if I wasn't creatively solving complex problems for my customers, then my own value was somehow less. But businesses don't just run on big sexy solutions. Solving for common issues across many businesses is just as impactful as working through unique challenges. Launching KEEL HR represents a shift, where I've leaned into solving the repeatable, even mundane issues, for small businesses... and unleashed my own strategic impact to grow KEEL HR.
