Meet Harry W. Bambi – Our Social Media Manager! Harry joined UHS five months ago and has already made a big impact in our Marketing Department. ✨ Why UHS? “From day one, I knew this was the right place for me. The team was incredibly welcoming and made onboarding seamless. I completed Service Excellence training during my first month, which reinforced our mission and values. From the Myspace days learning HTML, so I could customize my profile to now telling the stories of our facilities nationwide, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come. Today, we are spotlighting our Corporate Recruitment Operations Team! This team oversees operations for recruitment across our Corporate and Facility locations including system and process design, integrations, recruitment marketing and training!   In 2025, the Recruitment Operations Team launched a new training program called Recruitment Excellence, an internal Recruitment System training program that covers pre-hire and hiring fundamentals. This program connects the Corporate Recruitment Operations team with the Human Resource’s professionals working in the field across all UHS facilities. The program is the foundation to building a collaborative community of users utilizing the interconnected systems and applications that drive an extraordinary experience for our candidates. The Recruitment Excellence program will evolve everyday as we strive to empower our HR Users with the necessary tools and skills to source top talent that supports our mission to provide superior quality healthcare services. Meet Zachary Madison, our Assistant Director of Threat and Vulnerability Management and a proud U.S. Air Force veteran continuing his service in the Air National Guard as a Cyber Officer. With over seven years of active duty and a career rooted in cyber warfare, Zachary led offensive and defensive operations with U.S. Cyber Command, including efforts to defend the 2020 U.S. presidential election. His military experience shaped his leadership philosophy: “The military taught me the value of creativity and adaptability, especially in resource-constrained environments. The best leaders take care of their people. When you empower your team, they can focus on taking care of the mission.” Zachary’s journey through one of the Department of War’s most rigorous cyber training pipelines prepared him to lead elite international missions — blending technical precision with strategic vision. Why UHS? “I wanted to help the healthcare industry stop ransomware attacks and protect patient lives. UHS operates hospitals and behavioral health facilities nationwide, so the impact of our cybersecurity work here is immense.” Outside of work, Zachary is a tech tinkerer, app builder and strategy board game enthusiast. He and his wife are raising three energetic kids (ages 5, 4, and 2), who keep him on his toes and in shape! 🎖️ On Veterans Day, and every day, we thank Zach and all who served.

Ultimate Halloween Showcase | “Did we hire professionals to produce these scenes?” — a comment overheard in the auditorium that perfectly captured the incredible creativity on display during UHS’ 2nd Annual Halloween Showcase for employees. Departments across our corporate office in King of Prussia, PA, demonstrated their Halloween Spirit designing spooky, silly and stunning scenes, complete with candy at every stop.
