Partner Nora Liu Kanter was asked be part of the judging panel at this year’s FX Design Magazine & Awards 2025 to be held at JW Marriott Grosvenor House London this November 26th. Nora’s experience ranging from large-scale hospitality environments to private residences and restaurants was helpful in judging over 500 entries of design excellence. Justin brings with him a wealth of experience in real estate development, having spent more than a decade working across complex hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projects. His expertise on the ownership and development side of the industry adds a powerful new dimension to JBI’s capabilities — offering our clients a more holistic, integrated perspective that bridges design excellence with business strategy. While many will recognize Justin as the son of our late Founder, Jeffrey Beers, his role within the firm is defined not by legacy, but by a deep understanding of the industry and a shared passion for creating transformative spaces. He joins the seasoned leadership team at JBI, working collaboratively to continue the firm’s growth while staying true to the values Jeff championed — creativity, integrity, and human-centered design.
