Underwater environments are some of the toughest places to operate. Visibility drops to almost nothing, pressure can crush equipment, and there’s no GPS to rely on. Aquatonomy is taking on that challenge with new approaches to autonomous underwater navigation and inspection, backed by more than fifteen years of research. Through the Robotics Factory Accelerate Program, they were able to move from research into real commercial development. Our team supported their early product build, customer discovery, and the industry connections needed to validate their market and gain early traction. Their story is featured in our newest case study and video, now live here: https://hubs.ly/Q03V6Xqf0 Proud to support this kind of progress through Innovation Works and the Robotics Factory program. #RoboticsInnovation #RoboticsFactory #RoboticsPGH

We exhibited at Robotics and Autonomy Discovery Day last week to showcase our modular electric powertrain innovation - Capable of delivering operational and expeditionary power for any light ground mobility vehicles, especially UTVs. Pittsburgh is proving that hardware is having its comeback — and this time it’s electric, robotic, and made in America. Thank you Pittsburgh Robotics Network and Innovation Works for giving us the best spot in the house! Thank you to team members for manning the booth Jonathan Powers, Connor Watson, Pat Rach! #Robotics #Pittsburgh #electricoffroadvehicles #electricoffroad

Fall definitely isn't a boring time in Pittsburgh! So much has been happening around town, especially with EXPlore Pittsburgh Tech Week last week. I'm still buzzing from all of the events. Here are my highlights: 🤖 Watching the graduating Robotics Factory cohort pitch on stage and hear updates from program alumni at Robotics and AI Discovery Day. 👂 Listening to Mark Cuban talk about AI advancements and how he uses ChatGPT and enjoys seeing creative Sora videos with his likeness. 🎙️ Participating on Community College of Allegheny County's panel about AI and Work Life Balance. It was a pleasure to be on a panel with Doogie Levine, Nikki (Holter) Bolharsky ☁, Sunnie Fenk, MS, PMP, Melanie Marie Boyer (Malloy), Jonathan Kersting, Amil Cook, M.Ed., and Ebony English. Thank you so much for inviting me Bilita McIntosh,BCS, Director, Author,CIT Adjunct Faculty and Juel Thomas-Smith. 💸 Joining Carnegie Mellon University - Integrated Innovation Institute's Entrepalooza's event to discuss investing with Austin Lignell of 99 Tartans. It is so much fun to talk with budding entrepreneurs - plus I got to see Robyn Roux in her element. Thank you to Mark Sanders and Sarah Friedlander for organizing this! Let's see if this energy continues into the holiday season!
