✨ Employee Spotlight: Jay ✨ Jay has been with Ingo’s North Scottsdale since day one. You’ll usually find him on the grill, but he’s always ready to jump in wherever help is needed. His go-to order? The Crispy Chicken Sammy—lettuce-wrapped. (Trust, it hits.) His favorite thing about working for the company? The culture. Jay appreciates how connected the team is—not just at Ingo’s, but across all of Hi Noon’s restaurants. “It’s a tight-knit crew, and it’s cool seeing familiar faces from Buck & Rider or other locations stop in.” Jay, your energy, teamwork, and versatility are a huge part of what makes this place tick. Her go-to drink? The Golden Honey Latte—a tried-and-true favorite that never misses. For food, she’s all about the Bistro Steak Salad, but as a wrap. Her favorite part? The sauce—it’s the main character. Angel, thank you for the positivity, leadership, and team spirit you bring to every shift. We’re so happy to have you growing with us! 

“Being able to show up as my authentic self every day has made all the difference—and that’s led to so much growth for me.” ✨ Employee Spotlight: Nikki ✨ Nikki started at Buck & Rider before moving over to Ingo’s North Scottsdale, where she’s spent the last several months—and just got promoted to General Manager! Her go-to order? The Egg Salad Tartine—one slice of bread, the perfect egg-to-mayo ratio, and just the right balance of flavor and comfort. For a drink, she’s all about a classic: Coke in a glass bottle. Nikki, thank you for leading with authenticity, heart, and hustle—we’re lucky to have you! 🥂
