🎤 Indegene was delighted to host senior leaders from across the pharmaceutical industry for an evening of discussion, connection and insight at Schlosshotel Kronberg in Frankfurt. Chaired by DT Consulting’s Head of Strategy, Jeff S. French, the roundtable brought together an exceptional set of leaders including Tobias Guenthoer & Andreas Schliephake (Stada), Martin Clasen (Incyte), Priya B., Chetak Buaria & Bjoern Bartels (Merck Group), Dr. Michael Kurr (Boehringer Ingelheim), Jan Vorwerk (Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine), and Dennis Lauth (Amazon), along with Indegene colleagues Sameer Nanda, Aafreen Anjum, Ranjit Ravindranathan, Harikrishnan A M & Ashish Sharma. From strengthening omnichannel foundations to accelerating AI-enabled customer experience, the discussion was candid, forward-looking and reflective of both momentum and challenges in driving CX transformation at scale. Key themes included the need for consistent data and standards to enable organisational learning, improving adoption and measurement of omnichannel and AI capabilities, and bridging the gap between AI experimentation and real customer outcomes. Leaders also highlighted ethical, compliance and trust considerations shaping AI implementations, and acknowledged that AI-driven role evolution will differ by company maturity, culture and investment. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us — the energy in the room made it a truly memorable evening. We look forward to continuing the conversation in the months ahead. #PractitionerLevelConfidence

Incredible session yesterday at NEXT Pharma Summit '25 Vienna! Polly Lutter moderated a powerful discussion on the question shaping our industry: Can AI and creativity coexist in pharma marketing? Three key debates emerged: 🟢 Strategic content vs. scaled output—are we creating smarter or just creating more? 🟢 The future of creative teams in an AI-powered world 🟢 Whether true personalization at scale is possible across markets? The takeaway: AI isn't replacing creativity. It is challenging us to be more strategic about how we solve problems and deliver customer value. Huge thanks to our panelists Dr. Michael Kurr and Mostafa Taha for their honest insights and bold perspectives. These are the conversations that move our industry forward. Proud that Indegene was a Gold Sponsor of this transformative summit! #PractitionrLevelConfidence

    >NEXT CX & AI 25’ Vienna – Reimagining Engagement> Reimagining Engagement: Creativity & Connection in the Age of AI A beautifully balanced session moderated by Polly Lutter, who guided the discussion with clarity and creative energy. Dr. Michael Kurr (Boehringer Ingelheim) ➡️ “We are here to serve the patients.” Marc Koolen (GSK) ➡️ “The role of global teams has changed.” ➡️ “You need to allow a little bit of space.” ➡️ And the key question he raised: “Who’s gonna pay the prize?” Mostafa Taha (Merck Healthcare) ➡️ “AI will help you. Not everyone is very familiar with various topics.” 🟣 A session that brought together creativity, practicality and the reminder that in the age of AI, engagement still begins with understanding people — their needs, their pace, their complexity.

🎤 Indegene partnered with the HBA EMEA in London for an incredible conversation on “How to Leverage AI to Boost Your Career.”    The session brought together leaders from across the life sciences industry - Madeleine Roach (Sanofi), Angela Duffy (Astellas), Iain Morgan (Takeda) and Helen M Taylor (HBA) - for an insightful conversation moderated by Polly Lutter (Indegene) and hosted by Sanjay Parikh (Indegene). Together, we explored how AI is reshaping the future of work and the skills we need to thrive in an increasingly tech-enabled environment.   The message was clear: 🟢 AI is an enabler - not a replacement 🟢 Human skills remain the differentiator. 🟢 Confidence is the new capability.   AI won’t take your job, but someone using AI might… it’s not about becoming an AI expert; it’s about becoming AI-literate - so embrace every opportunity to lean and experiment!   A big thank you to HBA for partnering with us, to our panellists for their leadership and perspective, and to the HBA community for an engaged and forward-thinking discussion.   Indegene is proud to support a future-ready healthcare ecosystem - where AI and human expertise work together to shape what’s next.
