    Goldbelt Frontier’s Aaron Seib Tapped by Feds to Modernize Healthcare Data Sharing Goldbelt’s Aaron Seib has been selected to serve as a technical implementation expert for a nationwide network for facilitating the safe sharing of health records electronically. The Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA) project consists of protocols and standards designed to improve the sharing of electronic health information among healthcare government agencies, providers, payers, and patients in the United States. TEFCA aims to simplify an approach for data exchanges to enable seamless communication across health information networks toward the goal of improving healthcare outcomes. Aaron Seib is the Chief Data Interoperability Officer for Goldbelt’s Healthcare Technology & Transformation Group. “The opportunity to continue to contribute to the utility of TEFCA and its important mission across the health domain is humbling as it gives us the opportunity to continue to leverage interoperable technologies to improve outcomes for all Americans,” explained Seib. TEFCA is a federal initiative established under the 21st Century Act led by the Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy, formerly the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC).These provisions are part of a broader effort to create a more interconnected and accessible healthcare system, ensuring that patients have the information they need to manage their health effectively.     May is National Military Appreciation Month Goldbelt proudly honors the contributions and sacrifices of those who have served—or are currently serving—in the U.S. Armed Forces. As an Alaska Native Corporation, we deeply value service, dedication, and leadership, and we are grateful to the veterans and military families who reflect these values every day. We are proud to employ more than 540 military veterans and actively recruit military spouses. Many of our team members continue their commitment to service through our government contracting work, which supports critical missions across the country and around the world. Throughout May, we will highlight stories of veterans and service members within the Goldbelt community. One of those individuals is Brian Wubker, Executive Vice President of the Tidewater Division.     In March 2024, Goldbelt committed to supporting military spouse professionals by joining the Military Spouse Employment Partnership--MSEP. Today, Goldbelt Associate Vice President of Human Resources Lauren Bocek MBA PHR SHRMCP and Vice President, Capitol Area Group Craig Douglas are proudly attending the induction ceremony in Virginia, joining the Defense Department and more than 200 new and continuing partners at MSEP ENGAGE 2025.     Military spouses face unique challenges in maintaining consistent employment due to frequent relocations and other necessities of military life. They experience a 21% unemployment rate, and a 25% wage gap compared to their civilian counterparts.
