About us

In 1991, our founders Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg saw the need for beauty that was both effective and indulgent. Following their American dream, they opened a small store in Boston devoted to curating natural products from around the world and engaging a community. The original shopkeepers, they created a brand that touches people’s hearts as well as their skin—and quickly developed a cult following. fresh is a global skincare brand within the LVMH Group, headquartered in New York City. We emphasize the look, feel, and scent in every product, transforming skincare into an elevated, sensual experience. Our collection of skincare, lip care, bodycare, and fragrances are available in 16 countries, across our fresh boutiques and digital channels, specialty and department stores, and more. We are an organization of curious creators who embrace innovation, optimism, and always keep our customers at the forefront.     This past month at our Jersey City office, we had the pleasure of bringing together our North America Field Sales Team for an inspiring 3-day conference! The event featured think tank workshops led by our Product Innovation team, Pilates facial trainings hosted by the Global Education team, an exciting session from our founders, exploring the origin store and brand history of fresh, Gallup StrengthsFinder workshops led by the Learning and Development team and a celebration recognizing service award milestones!   One highlight form Amanda Payne our Senior Area Sales and Education Executive for Canada, who shared:  “What an amazing experience at our 2025 Sales Conference in New York! I’m leaving inspired, energized, and focused thanks to our amazing team and the vision shared by our founders, Lev and Alina and our incredible NY team! The history and passion behind our brand is always a reminder of perseverance, teamwork, and celebrating the journey ahead. A highlight was our StrengthsFinder workshop—helping us use our individual talents to support one another and succeed together as a team! We also met with our Product Innovation team and collaborated on new product innovations!     To celebrate the launch of fresh's Black Tea Renewal Serum, our Global Consumer Experience & Education Team invited our HQ teams in New York and New Jersey to embrace skin transformation at an experiential learning event! Teams journeyed through three immersive stations: tasting transformation with blooming flower tea & black tea tarts, seeing transformation at an aura photography booth, and feeling transformation with hands-on demos. Each stop on the journey built excitement for the upcoming launch among the teams who have spent years working on the product and campaign!     Fresh was honored to partner with The Fresh Air Fund for our second annual Camp Beautification Volunteer Day. Supporting their mission of providing enriching summer experiences for kids, at no cost, by connecting them to nature in Summer Camp. Our team got to work on various camp beautification projects. In line with our core value of family spirit and sky’s the limit mentality, our team rolled up their sleeves and got to work building, landscaping and cleaning.     This week fresh celebrated Earth Day with a focus on sustainability and fun! We put our knowledge to the test with a competitive game of Earth Day Jeopardy and tracked our personal sustainability efforts throughout April.     This February, we proudly celebrated Black History Month by partnering with The Black Beauty Club for their flagship Black Beauty Talks event at The Time Center, focused on expanding beauty and honoring the culture of beauty in the Black community.   Fresh's Dominique Santos and Imani Heron joined an inspiring evening of learning, networking, and celebrating the power of Black beauty. Reflecting on the event, Imani shared:   "It was extremely dope to see what Black women have created and curated. It felt good to see 'me.' So many of us had similar stories of watching our mothers get glammed, inspiring how we carry ourselves today. Just a reminder that Black women are the blueprint, the standard, the goal! Period."   At Fresh, we believe in uplifting and amplifying the voices that shape industries and cultures.     #fresharoundtheworld: our Fresh China and APAC Travel Retail Teams kicked off 2025 with exciting events both for the brand and for our people! To welcome the new year, our Fresh China team held an immersive pop-up in Chengdu, blending Chinese tea culture with skincare innovation. This event was set in a historic tea house with centuries of heritage symbolizing a fresh start for 2025. Our Fresh China team, led by Yan WANG, embraced the New Year with a series of celebrations, fostering connection and team spirit! Additionally, our Fresh APAC Travel Retail leadership team hosted a two-day Summit to share the 2025 vision and strategy. Led by Ariel Yak, Caroll Li, Cherrie Chan, Kelvin Yeung, Rady Tsoi and Vivian Lee, the team participated in workshops and celebrated winning The Moodies 2024 Award for best overall use of social and digital media for “Fresh Sensorial Hideaway Campaign.” Congratulations to the Fresh Travel Retail APAC Team!
