Fluence was named System Integrator of the Year for the third year in a row. This reflects the hard work of our teams and the trust our customers place in us to develop projects around the world. Smartstack™ received Product of the Year, a great acknowledgement of the work behind our newest platform and its early success with customers. Our collaboration with DTEK in Ukraine was also highlighted. The portfolio of projects we delivered together received the Best Overall European Project award, and DTEK was recognised as Developer of the Year in partnership. Thank you, Oleg Solovei from DTEK Renewables, for sharing this unforgettable evening with us. Last week, our SVP and Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer, Marek Tadeusz Wolek, joined Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and leaders from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, and several U.S. energy companies to discuss strengthening energy collaboration between the U.S., Ukraine, and Europe. As Ukraine rebuilds its power system, cybersecurity and supply chain resiliency are central to a secure and independent energy future. We are proud to contribute our technology, expertise, and on-the-ground experience toward these shared goals by working with public and private sector partners. In partnership with DTEK, we recently deployed the largest battery-based energy storage portfolio in Ukraine, which provides critical grid stability, supports essential services, and reinforces the country’s energy security. As Ukraine works to strengthen its power grid, battery-based energy storage has become a cornerstone of the nation’s energy security strategy. We are honored to see our work with DTEK featured in a recent Wall Street Journal article. Together, our teams delivered Ukraine’s largest energy storage portfolio—a 200 MW / 400 MWh system deployed across six sites in under six months. The urgency of the mission was felt by everyone involved. Yesterday, Julian Nebreda, our President and CEO, had the honor of joining President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine for a roundtable hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Bank of America during the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. The roundtable marked the launch of the U.S.-Ukraine Reconstruction Investment Fund, creating an important forum to explore how public and private partners can accelerate the rebuilding and modernization of Ukraine’s infrastructure.
