Yesterday morning, EnergyHub volunteers kicked off our annual “Hubsgiving” tradition by leading a career workshop for 9th-11th grade girls at a Climate Connections x CareerBuilders mentorship event. Our team shared insights into careers in climate and clean energy, and guided students through goal-setting and resume-building exercises. It was an energizing morning spent connecting with a group of future climate leaders, topped off with a heaping portion of Thanksgiving favorites at our hubs around the country.

A wave of new demand — from EVs to data centers — has created an inflection point for grid planning and investment. Utilities are under pressure to deliver reliable capacity without driving up costs. Virtual power plants (VPPs) are meeting that challenge, providing flexible, dispatchable capacity: - 40–60% lower cost than traditional infrastructure upgrades - 60–120 days to launch with EnergyHub Download the “Future of Flexibility” white paper to learn how VPPs are helping utilities keep the grid reliable and electricity affordable: https://lnkd.in/gRXCxEqQ #VPP #DERMS #GridFlexibility #Utilities #EnergyHub

Customer-owned batteries are reshaping grid reliability — and Puerto Rico is leading the way. LUMA Energy is working with EnergyHub to integrate thousands of customer batteries into a more flexible, resilient grid. Their award-winning Bring-Your-Own-Battery (BYOB) program is a model for how utilities can scale capacity while empowering customers to support grid stability. BYOB programs work because they deliver real value — for utilities, customers, and communities. Our latest white paper breaks down how a seamless customer experience, from enrollment to performance tracking, drives measurable results. When National Grid set out to expand its residential battery flexibility program, the goal was simple: give customers more choice while delivering meaningful grid value. Partnering with EnergyHub, the program has grown into one of the largest of its kind in North America, integrating multiple battery OEMs, rewarding participation with pay-for-performance incentives, and consistently surpassing enrollment and event performance goals. The result: a model for how utilities can unlock flexibility at scale while putting customers first. Read the full case study: https://lnkd.in/gPgc56th #NationalGrid #Energy #batterystorage #DERMS
