Red Lobster started as a single family-owned restaurant in Lakeland, FL to now having over 500 locations around the world including this one in the City of Doral. They are dedicated to making delicious, high-quality seafood available and affordable to everyone. Some of the regular upkeeps include monthly landscape detailing and daily as needed maintenance by team members, routine cleaning of the exterior of the building and periodic seal coating of the parking lot. City of Doral & Police Benevolent Association Agreement Signed 🤝🚔 The City of Doral is proud to announce the signing of a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the Police Benevolent Association (PBA), representing our dedicated Doral Police Department personnel. This new three-year agreement, effective October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2028, reflects the City’s continued commitment to supporting, protecting, and empowering the men and women who safeguard our community every day. Through collaborative and transparent negotiations, this agreement reinforces our shared goals of fairness, professionalism, and excellence in public service — ensuring our officers have the resources and support they need to continue serving Doral with integrity and pride. His sessions have educated, inspired, and empowered our workforce, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who’s had the privilege to learn from him. Rick’s ability to connect through authenticity, humor, and compassion has made him not just a facilitator, but a trusted partner and friend to our City family. The City of Doral is proud to announce Jane Decker as our new Development Services Administrator, overseeing the departments of Building, Planning & Zoning, Code Compliance, and Licensing—all united under the shared mission of “One Voice.” Since joining the City in 2012, Jane has brought a powerful blend of public service and technical expertise, helping bridge the gap between AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) professionals and municipal systems. Her leadership has driven major initiatives, including the $1.2M permitting system launch and the Building Department’s IAS Accreditation—a first in Miami-Dade County. Jane is a licensed Architect, Code Official, Floodplain Manager, and Residential Contractor. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami, a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University, and a Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is also a 2022 graduate of the ICMA Emerging Leaders Development Program. In 2022, Jane was appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to the Florida Building Code Administrators & Inspectors Board (BCAIB), which governs licensing and rulemaking for code officials statewide. She is a past President of the South Florida Building Officials Association, is a two-time Member of the Year, and former co-chair of the organization’s annual charity golf tournament benefiting the I Have a Dream Foundation Miami. Outside of government, Jane is the author of Ready, Set, Architect!—a career guide, memoir, and activity journal that inspires young people to explore the many paths within architecture.
