As part of our ongoing commitment to families and working mothers, we’re proud to share the upgrade of our lactation facilities in Montemorelos and Puebla, México. The new pods provide nursing mothers with a dedicated space that is both functional and respectful of their needs. To celebrate this important milestone, Montemorelos hosted a ribbon-cutting event last week. Pictured left to right: Secretary of Health Alma Rosa Marroquín Escamillaín, First Lady Mariana Rodríguez Cantú, Governor Samuel García, Site Director Ricardo Muñoz and Municipal Mayor Miguel Ángel Salazar Rangel. Through dedication and teamwork, we continue to shape a workplace where families thrive! #GrowersofGood

Their contributions strengthen the company, enrich our culture and positively impact our community. Featured Team Members include: Brad Hafner, MS Dan Aguilar CSP, CSHO, MSSE Donald Christianson Kyle Arreguin Laurie Mitchell, MBA, PMP Mitchell Michael Popejoy Rocky Ortiz As you can see, veterans bring invaluable expertise and advanced skills to our company. On #WorldEnvironmentDay, we shine a light on our packaging profile. Did you know? The majority of our products come in steel cans, which are recycle-ready. Plastics are a small part of our packaging profile, and we have goals to reduce the amount of virgin plastic we source and the amount of single use plastics that end up in the landfill. Since 2009, we have been reducing our use of plastics and metal through the lightweighting of our packaging. We are also currently testing and implementing packaging components containing post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. Learn more about our packaging here: https://lnkd.in/gtxmwV7M
