When water intrusion began affecting 4th floor units at a Denver high-rise condominium, DCPS was called in to provide a long-term solution. Our team removed the failed waterproofing system on the 5th floor balconies and replaced it with a fluid-applied membrane and pedestal paver system. With careful demolition, electronic leak detection testing, and third-party inspections, we ensured lasting protection for the building and restored the outdoor living space for residents.
