Three CTDI Canada branches — Oakville, Mississauga, and Vancouver — completed their second Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training this year! The training provides foundational knowledge of process improvement, waste reduction, and data driven problem solving. It equips our branches with the tools to support DMAIC projects, identify efficiencies and contribute to operational excellence. Great job by our branches for completing this training and always looking to improve operations!
