He's not on LinkedIn but I have to brag about my Service Supervisor Felix Batista. For those of you who know him, you know that he would give you the shirt off his back. And some of you know, he will put himself in front of danger to protect you (Felicia and Victoria can attest to that). We also have some Crown Residential Regionals who know they can count on him to help out at their properties when they need him. He may have a hard shell, but underneath it all, he is a team player looking out for everyone else. Most recently, Felix ran into a burning apartment to put out a fire. In the process, he also saved the resident's dog. His quick actions prevented the fire sprinklers from activating which would have caused flooding in dozens of apartments resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages. Felix, I am so proud of you and beyond grateful to have you on my team! The effort and dedication you put in truly means so much and I hope you know how much you are appreciated. Congratulations on being a South East Florida Apartment Association COE Maintenance Supervisor of the year Nominee. We love you! ❤️
