Partnering for Progress in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania! Conti Federal recently hosted a partnering refresh session alongside US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) representatives, trade partners, and our project team to strengthen collaboration and communication on the Salford Quarry Superfund Site project in Montgomery County. This session plays a vital role in ensuring every partner remains aligned, proactive, and focused on achieving a successful, sustainable outcome. The project spans three acres and includes critical steps to contain contamination and prevent further environmental impact. It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Nat Conti on November 8, 2025. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with the entire Conti family during this difficult time. Nat was a third generation builder and a cornerstone of New Jersey’s construction industry. He was a leader whose name became synonymous with quality, integrity, commitment, and pride in a job well done. When he spoke the words “Done Once. Done Right.,” he meant them. They weren’t a slogan; they were the standard he lived by. Nat honored the legacy of his father and grandfather while forging his own path. He formed Conti Construction Company, expanding the family’s capabilities into channels and culverts, large sewer systems, and even snow plowing—always emphasizing quality and honesty in every task. Over his 30 years of leadership, Nat helped shape the company’s identity and laid the foundation for the continued growth carried forward by his son, Kurt, beginning in 1990. Nat was known for being hands-on, for showing up, and for never asking more of anyone than he expected of himself. Crews trusted him. Clients respected him. And those who worked alongside him were inspired by his work ethic and dedication to doing things the right way. More than structures, Nat built something far more lasting: trust, opportunity, and a legacy that continues to guide how we serve our clients and partners, and support our people. We honor Nat for the life he lived, the example he set, and the impact he leaves behind. His spirit will remain with us—in our work, our values, and our dedication to getting the job Done Once, Done Right. Rest in peace, Nat. Your legacy lives on.

Topping Off Milestone at Ellsworth Air Force Base 🇺🇸 Conti Federal is proud to announce the successful topping off of two significant projects at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, the B-21 Fuel Systems Maintenance Dock and the B-21 Phase Maintenance Hangar. This milestone marks a major step toward preparing the installation to host the next-generation B-21 Raider and strengthening the U.S. Air Force’s long-range strike capabilities.
