As the last of Team Comoto Days 2025 wraps up and we wave goodbye to peak riding season, we’re taking it to the max on celebration! Meet Adam S.! Adam's Comoto career roadmap is the truest form of our "Get There, Start Here" philosophy! 🚀 Adam started as a Cycle Gear Store Manager 14 years ago at his hometown store in Victorville, CA and has since taken his incredible knowledge of store operations and taken his career on a whole new trajectory. From his first position outside the store as a Loss Prevention Specialist to his current role as Procurement & Asset Protection Manager, his career path is a great example of the incredible opportunities for growth within Comoto. We're proud to celebrate his dedication and success. We recently asked Adam about his experience: - What do you love most about being a part of Team Comoto? "The team work mentality, everyone is happy to pitch in and help. If you are looking to solve an issue, no one ever comes back with, 'That's not my job.' Everyone tries to work together to make things happen." - 14 years is a long time. Do you have a favorite memory? Gear Expo turned "ComotoCon" where it "always seemed like an extended family gathering." - What have you learned about yourself? "Team work makes the dream work... I have learned that it is ok to trust and rely on others to make things happen. Hard work and dedication is important, but you don't have to go it alone." Congratulations on your career growth, Adam! This recognition is a direct reflection of the impactful work our team accomplishes through Comoto Cares. Through initiatives like our paid Volunteer Time Off program, which empowers every team member to contribute to causes they care about, and the significant partnerships we've forged with inspiring organizations coast to coast, every single effort contributes to this incredible achievement. The dedication, hands-on involvement, and genuine desire to make a difference from our team are what truly set us apart and embody our "Share The Road" core value. Our Comoto Cares crew had the privilege of volunteering with the incredible folks at @thebikeexperienceusa and @rideagainfoundation last month and it was truly an eye-opening and heartwarming event. The Bike Experience USA and Ride Again Foundation are dedicated to a powerful mission: helping disabled riders rediscover the freedom and passion of riding by creating a safe and inclusive environment. We had the honor of working alongside these teams to support participants as they took to adapted motorcycles in a controlled setting with the support of passionate riders and volunteers. Of the many incredible moments, one truly stood out: a participant who'd dreamed of riding for 50 years after a childhood stroke. Despite decades of being told "no," he finally experienced the pure joy of a motorcycle for the very first time. His radiating happiness was unforgettable – a powerful reminder that with passion and support, any dream can become a reality! These organizations are giving disabled riders a chance to reclaim their place in the riding community in the face of challenges that some of us will never be able to comprehend. This was truly an experience we will never forget. Big shout out to Ed W., Nick B., Nick F., and Lynna S. for providing much-needed support to make this day possible!
