🌍 What’s shaping the future of hotel performance? The first-ever Hotel Market Pulse by Cloudbeds + Duetto is here — uncovering global trends in booking behaviour, distribution channel performance, and profitability. Here’s a snapshot of the findings 👇 📈 OTAs continue to dominate as the leading demand channel, with Expedia pulling ahead in room night volume by nearly 12% year over year. 📉 Many operators saw results fall short of expectations as pricing power softened and demand cooled. 🏨 The Average Length of Stay (ALOS) trended down each month from January to July 2025 versus the previous year. 💰 TRevPAR improved overall — with Latin America leading the way at +4.6%. 🌎 North America saw the biggest gain in GOPPAR, up 2.9%. 👥 Labor remains the largest expense, as rising labor costs continue to pressure operating margins. 📊 Read the full report: https://lnkd.in/d2zGsZgs #traveltrends #hotelbookings #cloudbeds
