Out of nearly 100 nominees, six employees were selected for how they exceed in demonstrating one of the City’s Values: VirginiaBeach.gov/Values The 2025 Core Values Champions include Lori Skytta, Commitment; Kari Tacey, Inclusion and Diversity; Amanda Martin, Integrity; Taryn Denham, Leadership and Learning; Scott Binning, Quality Customer Service; and Jerry Hanbury, Teamwork. The winners received a personal parking space for 2026 as well as other small gifts. We’re proud of the difference these employees make in their work environments and our organization.
