Hiring proactively matters because it creates stronger, more stable teams. When companies plan ahead, they shorten the hiring timeline, reduce burnout, and attract higher-quality talent. It also gives leaders the space to focus on culture, alignment, and long-term success rather than rushed decisions. This is the approach we take at BridgeWork Partners. We build relationships early, maintain ongoing talent pipelines, and help organizations stay ahead of their staffing needs. Proactive hiring is not just a strategy for us. It is how we support stronger teams, better retention, and a smoother hiring experience for everyone involved. Hiring proactively matters because people matter! #BridgeWorkPartners #HiringStrategy #ProactiveHiring #TalentAcquisition #RecruitmentInsights #ExecutiveSearch #WorkforcePlanning #HiringExcellence #DFW #RPO #LeadershipDevelopment #PeopleAndCulture #StrongerTeams #TalentPipelines

Our BridgeWork Partners leadership team attended the Dallas Citizens Council 2025 Annual Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Dallas, themed “The Texas Advantage: Wall Street to Y’all Street.” The event brought together business and civic leaders to discuss what’s driving growth, investment, and innovation across North Texas. James H. Lee, founder and CEO of Texas Stock Exchange | TXSE Group Inc., proudly announced that the Texas Stock Exchange has achieved its second capital raise, yielding $250 million in cash, the largest amount ever assembled to launch a new exchange. Set to open in 2026, the TXSE aims to elevate Dallas as a worldwide financial center, supported by institutional pillars J.P. Morgan, BlackRock, Charles Schwab, and Citadel Securities. Discussions centered on Dallas’s economic growth and investment, featuring insights from leaders at both the Texas Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, highlighting how North Texas continues to stand out as a hub for opportunity and expansion. 📸 Pictured: Wanda Granier, CEO of BridgeWork Partners; Amy Legate, Partner; and Ish Arebalos, Director of Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability at ArcaContinental Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages. #DallasCitizensCouncil #BridgeWorkPartners #NorthTexasGrowth #EconomicDevelopment #Leadership #TheTexasAdvantage #DallasBusiness #TexasStockExchange #NYSE #Innovation #ExecutiveSearch #CommunityLeadership #BusinessGrowth #RPO #DFWLeaders #InvestInTexas #CorporateLeadership #WallStreetToYallStreet #TXSE

Rick Ortiz represented BridgeWork Partners at Bisnow’s Collin County State of the Market, where community and industry leaders came together to discuss the incredible growth shaping one of North Texas’s most dynamic regions. The event featured engaging conversations through the DFW Suburban Giants and Urban Innovation panels, a fireside chat on Toyota Stadium and Collin County development, and insightful remarks from Allen Mayor Baine Brooks. As Collin County continues to expand, events like this provide valuable perspective on the opportunities and challenges ahead, from infrastructure and housing to economic development and community impact. BridgeWork Partners had the privilege of attending the Fort Worth Chamber’s State of the City 2025, where Mayor Mattie Parker shared inspiring insight into the intentional work shaping our city’s future. From addressing homelessness to supporting organizations like Casa de Esperanza, it was a powerful reminder of what can happen when leadership, innovation, and community come together. Mayor Parker’s message emphasized collaboration across all sectors to create lasting impact for Fort Worth residents, highlighting initiatives such as AC’s harvested crops, local partnerships that provide housing solutions, and the creative storytelling that continues to put Fort Worth on the map through the work of Taylor Sheridan. Through the Fort Worth Film Commission, established in 2015, Mayor Parker and city leaders have helped attract major productions that have generated nearly a billion dollars in economic impact and 50,000 jobs over the last decade. The city continues to invest in its workforce through the Fort Worth Film Collaborative, a partnership with Tarrant County College and 101 Studios, offering certifications that train local talent to meet the growing demand for skilled crew members. Taylor Sheridan’s purchase of 45,000 acres further supports this vision of positioning Fort Worth as a national leader in film and production. We are proud to be part of a community focused on growth, connection, and purpose.
