This weekend, we had the joy of spending meaningful time with a group of our PRISM Providers from across our brands. We came together in Miami Beach for connection, inspiration, and restorative time to support refilling our Providers cups. They give so much of themselves every day — to their patients, their teams, and their craft — and it was important for us to create space to give back to them. We shared conversations around growth and elevating team and patient experience and ended the day with an unforgettable dinner in one of Miami Beaches most iconic settings. Most importantly, community deepened. New relationships formed. Brand lines faded. We showed once again that we truly win as one team.
