Restore database panels & SQL tabs after VSCode restart

Hi, thanks for this great extension.

I have a feature request:
When I open tables (“Open in new panel”) or SQL editor tabs, these appear as regular VSCode tabs. But when I restart VSCode, none of these database panels or SQL tabs are restored — I have to reopen everything manually.

Could you please add support for:

restoring opened database panels (table views, result grids)

restoring SQL tabs that were open before VSCode closed

optionally saving this UI state inside a workspace

This would significantly improve the workflow for users who work with multiple queries and database views.
