Links on text, stopped working

    In this last version, all the links that are written on a textarea disappeared. The <a> tag still exist but the href has been removed.

    I changed to version 4.15.6 and it worked again. but GA4 cookie advice appeared again.

    Thanks for using our plugins.

    We checked this and can confirm that indeed those links are removed because of security improvements to the plugin.

    The links are still allowed in WYSIWYG editor, but custom attributes on links are not supported.

    If you have some specific issues, please can you provide more details: what is the HTML code or link you are using and what is the textarea name > we can then investigate further.
