To think that we only launched TIG Communities in January this year is quite astonishing. Yesterday, we took a moment to celebrate everything we’ve already achieved together. In such a short time, our Communities have hosted meaningful events, brought people together across teams and locations, shared knowledge, provided safe spaces for honest conversations, activated meaningful change, and created countless opportunities for growth, collaboration, and impact. And we’ve still got so much more to come. We’re excited to share that we’ll soon be launching our newest Community to the business - watch this space! More details coming very soon. 💡 Transforming Workforce Strategy into a Financial Asset At The IN Group, we’re proud to see BioTalent leading the charge in redefining how organisations measure and manage workforce performance. By combining predictive analytics with financial modelling, Talent Science turns workforce strategy into a quantifiable driver of enterprise value - bridging the gap between HR, finance, and risk. Exciting to see Jason Beckwith and the BioTalent team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in evidence-based workforce management. James Cox Nick Baxter Sarah Pawar Nicholas Boyle Dan Jeffery Nikki Gillard Alice Hankin #TalentScience #BioTalent #TheINGroup #WorkforceStrategy #Biopharma #PeopleAnalytics
Building on our recent announcement welcoming Jason Beckwith to BioTalent, we’re diving deeper into how Talent Science is redefining workforce strategy as a measurable financial instrument. In biopharma, workforce volatility is no longer an HR metric, it’s a quantifiable financial risk. Using Monte Carlo simulations and scenario-based models, we can now calculate Workforce Value-at-Risk (VaR) alongside expected EBITDA, giving CFOs, COOs, and CHROs a finance-grade lens on human capital performance. In the chart below, each company’s baseline risk is compared to its mitigated position after implementing targeted talent interventions. The pattern is consistent across leading manufacturers: - EBITDA forecasts rise as workforce efficiency improves. - Workforce VaR declines, reducing downside exposure by tens of millions annually. - Strategic talent programs deliver measurable returns, not abstract value. This approach demonstrates that workforce strategy is a financial instrument, one that can be modelled, stress-tested, and optimised like any other asset. At BioTalent, our Talent Science platform equips leadership teams with predictive analytics that translate talent data into enterprise value, compliance resilience, and investment-grade reporting. For CHROs and CFOs seeking to link talent strategy → financial performance → risk mitigation, this is the next frontier in evidence-based workforce management. 👉 Ready to see how Talent Science can elevate your organisation? Reach out to Jason Beckwith at jason.beckwith@biotalent.com today! #TalentEfficiency #Biopharma #WorkforceScience #CFO #CHRO #EBITDA #RiskManagement #MonteCarlo #Pharma #CDMO

The TIG Communities are going from strength to strength - and last week was proof of that. 💫 We brought WomenWise to Bucharest, in partnership with LSEG. It was proof that when you bring the right people into the room - people who care about both innovation and inclusion -- something real happens. Keen to understand more about TIG Communities - connect with your dedicated communities team Steven Fuller Hester Ho Rachael Hays Kalina Tomova Perrin Joel Gemma Case James Cox
Last week, we brought WomenWise to Bucharest, Romania, in partnership with LSEG - for a night that felt so much bigger than an event. It was proof that when you bring the right people into the room- people who care about both innovation and inclusion... something real happens. Our founder Kalina Tomova co-hosted with Georgiana Trascu to explore some big questions about the future of work: 💡 AI & the workplace: how technology is reshaping leadership, belonging, and the skills we’ll need next. 🎨 Hybrid creativity: how teams can keep ideas sparking when we’re not all in the same room. 📊 Representation & reality: women make up nearly 41% of STEM graduates in Romania, yet only 6% of CEOs. 🌍 Culture over credentials: because the pipeline doesn’t just leak from lack of skill, it leaks from lack of inclusion. Every story shared that night, from Simona Cozmean, Dana Niculescu, Daniel Marin, Florina-Mondana Neag and Mihai Tudor, was insightful, and hopeful. And honestly, the energy in the room said it all. Different companies, different industries, but the same drive: to lead better, build fairer, and design a future where inclusion is the engine. To everyone who came, thank you! If you were there - what stuck with you most? I’d love to hear what you took away. The IN Group Steven Fuller Hester Ho Tom Hilkene Nicholas Hill Definia Sina Faramarzi Florence Sanni Rachael Hays
