The e-invoicing 'wait-and-see' approach is officially dead. If your finance process is still manual, you are no longer just dealing with inefficiency, you're staring down a massive, near-term business liability. Governments are mandating a global shift to Continuous Transaction Controls (CTCs) like the EU’s ViDA package. Non-compliant invoices will be BLOCKED. Payments could freeze. Your supply chain could grind to a halt over a data error. This isn't a technical detail. It's a fundamental change to how you transact. We break down the shift and why this compliance risk is your single biggest chance for radical cost reduction and competitive advantage. Stop reacting to regulatory deadlines. Start future-proofing your finance core. Read the full C-suite cheat sheet now to discover the three actions you must take today: https://lnkd.in/e_7b2F5D #Einvoicing #ViDA #CTCs #Finance #CSuite #DigitalTransformation

Yesterday afternoon, we ran an event at The Ivy Club exploring new opportunities using AI for Not-for-Profit organisations. We focused on how to leverage AI as a practical, accessible tool to overcome common challenges, from limited budgets to stretched-thin staff, and explored how AI can increase income and reduce costs, freeing up valuable time to allow charities to focus deeper on their mission. The room was buzzing and full of great conversation, and we hope our attendees had a great time and left with practical, realistic steps on where to go next on their AI adoption journey. #AI #NotForProfit #CharitySector

Some great takeaways from our Sustainability Lead Sam Maguire from his time at CPHI Frankfurt last week, where he was part of the panel 'AI: A Force for Good or a Sustainability Nightmare' exploring how Artificial Intelligence is poised to revolutionise the pharmaceutical industry's sustainability efforts. #CPHIFrankfurt
Last week, I had the pleasure of representing Clarasys as a partner to the Informa Pharma group at CPHI Frankfurt. We were focused on furthering our system collaboration, The Pharma Sustainability Collective’s intent to Build meaningful Connections across the industry, share knowledge and drive alignment. Safe to say it was a brilliant few days, even if I ended up a little under the weather! https://lnkd.in/eAy8tM2k Some major highlights: Ecosystem map We launched the Pharma Sustainability Ecosystem Map — an evolving view of suppliers and enablers driving sustainability across the sector. You can explore it here: https://lnkd.in/emwcxPZW. If you aren't on it, don't be offended, let us know, we want you on it! Content programme The Informa team put on a high-quality content programme, well done James Reidy Agnès Maignien Sofia Martinez Garcia del Real, which included my panel on Sustainability and AI. Thank you so much to the incredible group of speakers. We discussed all things reporting, eco-design, bioengineering and the ethics of AI, all in 45 mins: Sebastian Klotz, Head of Sustainability at IntegrityNext Kami Krista, CEO of Elio Laura Hoffmeister, Global Bioethics Lead at Bayer Ahir Pushpanath , PhD. Techno-commercial Director at BitBiome The conversation explored how AI can accelerate sustainable transformation — from improving data transparency to ensuring ethical deployment across the pharma value chain. Networking The CPHI team ran a networking event that brought together sustainability professionals across the industry, each year this gets bigger and is an opportunity for people to connect with their peers across the supply chain. We are going to hopefully expand the range of networking events next year which is very exciting. Collaboration activities A series of collaboration activities, from the Purpose Power Hour, which highlighted what leading industry collaborations are doing, to multiple roundtables to get into the nitty-gritty. My own session became a fascinating discussion on the balance between making Scope 3 data “good enough” to inform design decisions and ensuring it remains robust and auditable. Committee An in-person meeting of the sustainability collective committee. A perfect opportunity for us to discuss what we are going to do next year to keep scaling the impact of the collective. Watch this space. Please let us know what you would like to see more of. Pharma is an industry that has the capital, the purpose-led outlook and the technology solutions to go fast on sustainability but it needs the co-ordination and connections to do so. Thank you so much for your continued leadership to make this happen Silvia Forroova, Peylina Chu and Cholpon Kalpakova.
