We are an advertising agency based in Singapore, looking for a Social Media Manager with at least 4-5 years of experience in integrated content and social media, preferably in an agency setting.
You will be responsible for the planning and execution of integrated social media strategies for a range of client accounts.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of integrated social media strategies for a range of client accounts across sectors and scopes (i.e. earned, owned, and paid media)
Spearhead campaign ideation and develop comprehensive content strategies, including social media content calendars, creative briefs, and storytelling formats tailored to target audiences
Community management and engagement, conduct social listening, and monitored emerging trends to inform content direction and audience interaction strategies
Execute performance marketing initiatives and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients to establish mutual partnerships, act as their brand guardian; understand their needs and business challenges to propose effective social strategies that will help achieve their business goals
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of account operations
Support the Account Director in the management of client budgets, and financial invoicing relating to your accounts
Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching
Skills and Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
Minimum 4-5 years of experience with social media management, content creation and/or communications; prior agency experience will be a plus
Familiar with social media trends, platforms and analytics tools
Understand content application across all major social media networks and the local (earned) media scene
Pro-active, responsible, accountable, and collaborative
Well-organised with great attention to detail, and focus on quality of results
Persuasive and effective communicator; possess strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)
Active learner and forward-thinker who excels at identifying evolving social media, content, and communication trends
Team, Project & Client Management: Leading and overseeing client accounts, managing project timelines and budgets, and mentoring junior team members.
