Safety is how we lead, operate, and serve — every day This week, we were proud to welcome Michael Simpson, CEO Gateway Services, Americas and Senior Leadership Sponsor for HSSE, to our Singapore Hub. His visit reaffirmed a shared belief across SATS: safety is not a checklist — it is how we lead, operate, and serve every day. During the visit, Michael spent time with our Apron Services, Cargo Services, Passenger Services and Security Services teams at Changi Airport. The walkabout gave Michael a close look at the safety practices that keep our people, customers, and operations safe — from airside operations to front-of-house passenger journeys.
