Great App, but AI Needs Language Options Be My Eyes is a fantastic app that's truly a lifeline. However, a major issue is that the AI assistant only understands and speaks English by default. Even though we can set a language for volunteers, we can't do the same for the AI. This forces us to repeatedly ask it to switch to our preferred language, which is very inconvenient. Please add an option to set a default language for the AI.

Downloaded the app a year ago. I had previously had two or three failed call attempts (one or two too slow or busy, and another with either connection or user issues). Today I finally had another call and it was successful. It certainly helps to know several languages and indicate it on your profile, that way you're open to more people. And another review mentioned the app needed to be open to receive calls but that's not the case, unless that was changed in an update at some point. Excellent.

The app is a great idea, but lacks essential features. There is no available/busy status. Can only go offline by logging out. It is pointless to contact someone who's unavailable. I recommend a 3 status system. On call ( prioritize to me), available (regular priority), busy (no call requests). I recommend creating PC version, perhaps a web portal. Computer screens are better for video and better assitance could be provided. Perhaps have an volunteer operator style setup option.
