What an inspiring day at our HCLTech – Poland – Kraków office, where we proudly hosted the Diverse Minds 2025 meet-up in collaboration with ABSL Poland. Over 60 participants from 20 organizations across Poland came together to discuss how neuro-inclusion can shape the future of work. The event featured insightful discussions, interactive workshops and real stories on creating workplaces where every mind can thrive. From exploring inclusive communication practices to highlighting the role of Employee Resource Groups in driving culture change — the sessions reminded us that inclusion is not only a value but a skill for the future. As the world of work evolves, neurodiversity stands out as a true catalyst for innovation. The strengths of curiosity, creativity and adaptability—often seen in neurodivergent talent—are precisely what modern workplaces need most. We were proud to support this incredible initiative dedicated to empowering young minds through technology, innovation and creativity. Nearly 200 children participated in engaging tech workshops, gamified learning experiences and inspiring conversations about the future of education and digital skills. Special recognition goes to Agnieszka Gliszczyńska from our Sparks team in Wrocław, who represented HCLTech Poland at the event and has been instrumental in coordinating our internal efforts and rallying volunteers.
